Lawyers’ Committee for 9/11 Inquiry
Files Petition with U.S. Attorney
On April 10, 2018, the Lawyers’ Committee for 9/11 Inquiry (www.lcfor911.org) filed a 52-page petition with the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Geoffrey Berman.
The petition requests that Berman present to a special grand jury the extensive evidence of unprosecuted federal crimes related to the destruction of three World Trade Center Towers (WTC 1, 2, and 7) on September 11, 2001. The petition contains 57 exhibits with evidence that explosives were used to destroy the three buildings.
